I’m in the same boat. I have a normal day job, two teens and one college kid at home. Starting up a magazine (bullets not print) business as well. I find myself shaking my own hand as I walk in/out my front door.
Hey, more (fire) power to you. I do not have much of a managerial bent and that’s what it takes in spades to get a business going that has some hope of not flopping.
