Some people watch car racing for the crashes. Shelia Jackson Lee is like a drunken car race in the rain with worn out tires - she's not going to make it around the first corner.

I mainly remember Ms. Lee for the time in 2003 when she accused NOAA of racism, because it doesn’t give hurricanes any names commonly used by black people.
