ORLANDO, Fla. —
A husband and wife canceled a news conference in which they had planned to talk about how George Zimmerman assisted them after their SUV flipped over on a Florida highway.
Mark and Dana Gerstle had planned to speak Wednesday afternoon at the Orlando law office of Zimmerman's attorney, Mark O'Mara.

Someone here, within the last couple of days, posted campaign finance links showing that the father of this family is an attorney who donated to Democrats & Democrat causes. I would be willing to bet that he was anti-Zimmerman from day one, and just wants an excuse to back out of saying anything that might make George look good.

I wouldn’t put the lives of my wife and daughter in danger if I were in that couple’s situation. I would privately and profusely thank Mr. Zimmerman for his selfless act and then be on my way.
Then these people had better never complain about muslims who are afraid to confront other muslims.

I don’t blame them. The media would launch an investigation into their backgrounds and bring out any dirt in their closet; the black culture nigga thugs would try to kill them; the IRS would audit them and the FBI would hound them. Post 36 sums it up nicely. I’ve been to every Tea Party in DC, Beck rallies, local TP’s in my hometown and I wear my Tea Party shirt proudly. But if my family were threatened as I’m sure theirs was, I wouldn’t go into hiding but I wouldn’t invite trouble on TV. Again, Post 36.
