I think God creates life, and God takes it away. I just don’t agree with the death penalty except in very rare circumstances. This is not one of those circumstances. I don’t believe he would have been a threat to the population if left in prison for life. It’s interesting to me that the son of the victim believes he should not have been killed either.

No point in doing it half way and taking a risk.

We’re now positive he wont be a threat.

Are we a nation of laws, or are we a nation of men?

I don't know the facts of the case, but the perp likely could have cut a deal by pleading guilty to take the death penalty off the table.

If I'm right, he rolled the dice and lost.
