Are we making the wrong assumption ? Because of all the TM riot publicity we assume the Feds is coming in for them. BUT they would have to look at the evidence to bring federal charges against Angie and company too
The other evening MOM was asked about the gun return. He replied with a non answer that I thought unusual. He also mentioned they were considering federal charges. Don’t be surprised if we find out MOM has asked the Feds to place a hold on the evidence for Z’s benefit
I wouldn’t be. This is a man on a mission to fix what’s broke.

I saw this tweet and wonder if it is true:
Joe @tradethecycles
Trayvon’s Uncle Ronald Fulton is on the Executive Board of the NAACP Miami-Dade Chapter and Worked with the DOJ.

It fits into his non answers and legalese statements. Think it was the Greta interview. Should be on Gretawire
He’s not backing off
“Expose Their Double Standards”
“...grounding and pounding Hispanics become a civil right?”
It is for certain specific, duly identified, poorly educated, dope making, 5’11” - 6’2”, mother abandoned, gay hating, MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT FETISHES.
I’d heard there were NAACP connections. If you are high enough in any civil right organiZation working either with or being evaluated by the FBI is a given. Am certain there are many who have been questioned by the agency who assume they are working with and in reality are a target
It's actually not a bad idea and I don't think O'Mara's bad for suggesting it. Destroying the gun would destroy one of the symbols of the Race Baiters. They can still wave their bloody shirt hoodie, but they won't be able to conjure up the boogie man image of George carrying *that* gun.
George doesn't need that particular weapon. He needs a whole bunch of new and better ones.
Yeah, actually I thought it was rather crappy weapon. He got one shot off then it jammed. A cop would call it a “drop gun.” There are so many good ones he can get now.
Oh you can bet on it. MoM is co-counsel on the NBC suit.
From Comment section of the OS:
This is illegal under Federal Law, see Walters v. Wolf, 660 F. 3d 307 Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit 2011 - No. 10-3597. This will be yet another 42 USC 1983 violation against the City of Sanford. Unbelieveable. These must really be the last days of our nation. No one cares about law or the Constitution anymore.
MOM reminds me of a certain determined individual: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DlVQvLwSUN4
Holding evidence illegal? But what if mom made the request to hold it to use in his civil right case against Stanforf and Angie ? Then it would not be illegal.
yeah, and there is no national association for the advancement of white people either
Zimmerman already has a civil case filed but the DOJ does not —
The DOJ have to put up or shut up.
Justice Department places ‘hold’ on Trayvon Martin trial evidence, including George Zimmerman’s gun - which Florida law says must be returned to him
Excerpt
WESH-TV in Orlando reported Thursday afternoon that police had confirmed the evidence ‘hold,’ meaning that everything related to the trial, from Zimmerman’s gun to the Skittles and iced tea Martin was carrying when the pair’s altercation began, will remain in the hands of law enforcement.
The DOJ did not immediately respond to questions about whether it will take custody of the evidence, or when that might occur.
