The media has focuses heavily on the fact that Treyvon purchased Skittles at 7-11 before his confrontation with Zimmerman, but they fail to mention he was also buying Arizona Fruit Juice, both of which are ingredients commonly used to create a home-made drug called “Sizzurp” or “Lean”. Trayvon, with his hoodie up, grabs two items from the shelves of 7-11. One is the Skittles. The other is Arizona Watermelon Fruit Juice Cocktail. The media avoid the name of the real drink — possibly because of the racial implications of the word “watermelon,” but possibly to avoid probing the real reason for Trayon’s trip.
Trayvon, in fact, had become a devotee of the druggy concoction known as “Lean,” also known in southern hip-hop culture as “Sizzurp” and “Purple Drank.” Lean consists of three basic ingredients — codeine, a soft drink, and candy. If his Facebook postings are to be believed, Trayvon had been using Lean since at least June 2011.
The media tells us over and over again that Treyvon was just a child out getting Skittles, and on his way home to watch some cartoons like other young children do. Is it possible they were lying to us?

I recall this exchange which occurred two years ago.It gives the lie to the media whitewash of Trayvon Martin as an innocent.
Trayvon asks his friend for codeine a Class A narcotic; the friend recommends Robitussin.
An eight-ounce bottle contains two dozen doses of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide. Mixed with Arizona Watermelon Drink and Skittles it is the street drug "lean" aka "purple drank" aka "sizzurp".
Arizona Watermelon Drink and Skittles were Trayvon's purchases.
His liver is the witness to his repeated abuse. Such abuse helps explain his aggressive behavior.
Close. His autopsy report states he was 71 inches (5'11") and 158lbs. But I agree, he was no kid. If you look at this still shot from the 711 security video he looks much larger than the clerk. He sure didn't look like a kid.
While we argue over this trial and hate on one another, Ubama and Holder are laughing and high fiving. Look at what is no longer foremost on our minds and is no longer mentioned on the news.

When you referenced the claim to be a CHRISTian. You used CHRIST as a reason why you felt it was important to come here and slam the thread with insults against other Freepers. IOW, you attributed YOUR own bad attitude on this thread to CHRIST.

DXM is actually an excellent cough suppressant. When I have a cough with my yearly cold I get it by itself because I don’t like to have to take all the other medications that come in cough syrup.
Zman’s haters are continually portaying Tray as an innocent child skipping along eating Skittles and drinking ice tea. The equivalant would be to portray a man with a history of blowing up buildings as innocently carrying fertilizer (for his garden) and charcoal (for his BBQ). The thing is, everybody in the “community” knows all about it, but mum’s the word because if the white community knew that those were two of the three ingredients Tray used for trippin’ it would hurt the cause.
In another section – “Is DXM Dangerous” – the Author again makes note of the possibility of “bad trips…psychotic breaks…psychological addiction and depression and irreversible brain damage“.One of the problems with DXM is that with long-term or regular use “most of the pleasurable effects of DXM tend to go away … Tolerance can build rapidly, leaving one only with a general sensation of being high and stupid.“
The “FAQ” lists the following “Risks” (among others):

At this point it is highly important to remember, or refer to, the coroners report about Trayvon’s Liver? (a screen grab is below)
I am with 2DV here. We are old enough to have grown up when our country, albeit imperfect, still outwardly held to a commonly held moral code of behavior.
Now “the center cannot hold”, and does not exist.
Considering how low we have fallen as a culture, it is hard to hold to that old cultural belief, as Rachel Jeantel explains - but for us elders, comforting to hold to the hope that in the final moments of Trayvon’s dying brain, he might have realized his wrong path, repented, and was saved.
None of us know, and we are not to judge his standing with God. But we can judge his behavior here in this fallen world, as we judge our own failures. We are asked to forgive, if we want to be forgiven, right?
In a sense, we are all guilty, for letting our elected representatives pass laws that encouraged and allowed the complete destruction of families, black and white, and every shade in between.
ah never mind - I will ramble on like an old curmudgeonly aunt that no-one wants to listen to, ...comes with age, I guess.
I am sad for the loss of whatever destroyed potential TM may have had, but am not willing to assume “white man/womans” guilt & burden for it, because it would demean the basic fact that we all have been given freedom of choice, no matter what the circumstances.
I am sorry TM and his family didn’t choose the narrower gate. I feel comfortable that GZ did, and that he will eventually know that he did the right thing, perhaps to benefit all of us, in spite of the cost to himself.
God chooses the least among us, to hold up a mirror for all of us. We need not be proud, for we all have failed.

I think Trayvon attacked Zimmerman and I think the Gov from Obama on down tried to hose Zimmerman.

Per the autopsy report there was no liver damage.
I think he used these ingredients to make Purple Drank or Lean but his liver was fine.

I disagree. I think what helps Sharpton is for good people to stay out of it and keep quiet. I am fed up with groups playing the race card and no one calling them out on it.
The media feeds it like gas on a fire. I am just fed up and I think it is time to call them on their lies.
If this incident had played out as it should have if it had not been hijacked for agendas the issue would have been self defense and it all would have faded away. Zimmerman’s life has been ripped open looking for proof of racism, even though he was found innocent it is not over. Even now officials are asking people to report any detail of Zimmerman’s life that could possibly be used as evidence for federal charges. That opens up a can of worms, and I do think it is past time for Martin’s dirty laundry to be hung out for all to see as well.
You’re right. A good friend works at a nearby camp for “troubled youth”. My friend is 5’11” and around 200lbs and he’s had his ass handed to him more than once buy his charges who are all “kids”.
