Whitey can attend an HBCU but, students and administration will apply as much “historically black” discrimmination the Crackah so that “all things are equal”.
IOW, don’t turn whitey away, just make him feel the same humiliation we think we would receive if we went to a majority white school.

Whites can go to black colleges too... it just mean ‘historically’ black. I think it's a sweet offer. But if this guy really wants to do something he should help shore up the Florida school system for all children. Jeantel's not the only one who 'can't read cursive' in Florida...

Good question. Seems like a racist concept to me. Imagine a college promoting itself as all-white? Double standard.
