The newscaster is saying (now) that it’s a group of 200 +/- that sometimes is spread out over a block but sometimes bunch up and kick out windows of businesses. When they see the cops on the beat they aren’t violent.
Notice carefully the commercially printed signs that all of these paid demonstrators are carrying.
