My only experience on a much lesser case was that it took patience, persuasion and diplomacy for, in our situation, eleven jurors to convince just one juror to change his position. But we did it.

I’m tired of that excuse as you probably are too. They are not gypsies, they are Americans. They all live under the same flag, attend the same schools. It’s the cultural rot that comes from being encouraged to fail and it’s growing in it’s influence which is the problem.

Jenteal will be making the circuit, have someone alse write a book for her and roll away into obscurity and end-up on some sort of public assistance with a baby daddy or two before she reaches 25. That’s the poverty of this.
The prosecution could not afford a hung jury. Remember. The IT guy blew the whistle on the first day of jury selection back in June and the defense got Trayvon’s phone content. They were able to keep all that out of the trial because the defense didn’t have time to verify all that damning material. Any subsequent retrial would have brought all of that in and thoroughly washed little child Trayvon away with the vicious gangsta “No_Limit_Nigga”.
The prosecution knew they only had one shot.
