This article below is from last Thursday. Surely the Attorney General has spoken to his FBI, right? If this Miami Herald article is correct, I can’t imagine how the DOJ can prosecute George Zimmerman. But….I might be missing something so we will have to wait and see..

Greta, let me point you to the trip down the rabbit hole known as the Black Panthers voter intimidation case.
It was cut and dried, easily provable, even had videotape of racist voter intimidation by the black panthers.
Yet the DOJ said there was nothing to see here, move along.
That same somnambulance is how Holder will manufacture a case against Zimmerman, by pretending that there is something where there is nothing, pretending has worked so well for him in the past.

Holder is only doing this to placate the Trayvon worshipers.
Nothing will come of it.
What if they charged him on opposite day? That would be a solid legal strategy.

Is Holder that stupid? Stupid enough by invent false evidence against Zimmerman? It better be some air tight BS or I see goodbye to the DOJ their lawyers.
Defense attorney MO’M has about 40 witnesses courtesy of the FBI that say otherwise in a 300 page investigative report from 2012 to slam Holder and rest of the nutso in this administration.
Here’s a question: is documented racism (or behavior based on race) a prerequisite for a Civil Rights prosecution? It is for a hate crime, but that’s not what I’m talking about.
There was some talk/discussion out there about the possibility that Holder will charge Zimmerman based on violating Martin’s freedom of movement Civil Right. That may not require any sort of evidence that Zimmerman did so based on racism or racial profiling ...
In the absence of knowing more, I think a better option think of here is that violations of Civil Rights can only occur by the government and its agents. Zimmerman was a Neighborhood Watch volunteer. That’s a MASSIVE stretch to get to him on. One that would have a complete chilling effect on ALL neighborhood watch organizations, nationwide.
Obama is gone in two years. Lets make sure another lunatic like him doesn’t get into office.
Has even one republican spoken out on this prosecutorial misconduct and now the partisan call to destroy a man’s life?
But no, the gutless cowards will do and say nothing.
