This is key to the whole episode. No one addresses the matter of what would have happened if Trayvon had succeeded in getting his hands on the gun! Just how long do you think it would have taken Trayvon to take the gun from Zimmerman’s hand if Zimmerman had not fired it?
If -- and it's a big "if" -- Zimmerman was a racist, it did not take the form of him attacking Martin. Martin's racism was blatant, and it -- along with an inflated sense of his own status -- got him killed.
Zimmerman did exactly what he had to do to live. My only problem is that I know I would have shot the thug a lot sooner.
Another thing is this. As it turns out, Obama was right. Treyvon Martin is the son he would have had. Angry, raised to hate America and particularly "crackers," whom he felt owed him something and from whom he was going to take what he wanted to make them pay. Criminally minded....just like Obama.

When the people who need to do something, are the parents and adults in every community that is threatened by BOTH the *pimps* and the *pimps’ -raised hoods.* The parents and adults all need to know, that they have the right and the authority as sovereign American citizens, to stand up *AGAINST* the fear-mongering that is the constant product of the *pimps.*
The adults *need to watch their neighborhoods* AND alert the police and politicians, BUT if the police and politicians fail to respond, then the adults must make clear to the *pimps* and the *hoods* that the adults have the authority to detain and drag to city hall, the *pimps* and *hoods* who are the real terrorists.

George Zimmerman was a lot more cautious than a police officer would have been, as he should be; you want at all times *that you can manage it, in your view,* to gather information and pass it along to the police.
Yet the day may come, when events do not play as you may have imagined them. You may think, you are prepared, and you can get away or back away from a situation, but then suddenly, you find that you cannot - there is no retreat.

As you have been, and so many citizens have been, without which support, the police could not possibly do their job, which IS OUR JOB TOO, to defend and protect.
Unlike other countrys, in the U.S.A., the police officer IS ONE OF US, whom we pay to specialize in doing the law enforcement work that we would otherwise have to ... but it is simply more economical for us, as we must raise food and provide clothing and shelter, to employ a few of our neighbors as police officers.
In the U.S.A., the police dept. is *NOT* a branch of government. Instead, the police dept. is an office within the common law. A police “officer” is a person whom we authorize to act as a member of that office.
The police officer DOES WHAT YOU WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO DO.
When the police officer is around, your duties do not end, your authority does not end, you responsibilities as an adult do not end; indeed, in some communities, there are no police officers with badges at all ... there is simply you and your responsible neighbors.
ALL OF WHICH, the *pimps* NEVER want people to hear about, know about, and accept such adult-hood.
