“If Travon Martin had succeeded in getting possession of Zimmerman’s gun, it is very likely he would have used it because he had already threatened Zimmerman’s life before he commenced to beat Zimmerman within an inch of its life.”
This is key to the whole episode. No one addresses the matter of what would have happened if Trayvon had succeeded in getting his hands on the gun! Just how long do you think it would have taken Trayvon to take the gun from Zimmerman’s hand if Zimmerman had not fired it?
What would have happened to Zimmerman if he had been knocked unconscious by Trayvon Martin with just a few more punches to his nose or from having his head bashed in a few more times? And that is what was sure to have happened if he hadn’t shot Trayvon. All the corrupt media make it sound like George didn’t incur much in the way of wounds. They speak as if the punching and bashing of George’s head would have somehow been suspended in time from before the point that George shot him. But it wouldn’t have stopped.
The pummeling would have continued until George would have passed out as he wasn’t strong enough to stop a physically fit 17 year old who was 6’2”. At which point it would have been George that was shot with his own gun. It was a him or me situation, and George made sure it wasn’t him, while he was still conscious.
In a scuffle like that its not Zimmerman’s gun or Martins gun,Its the gun and whoever controls it wins.
