And the reason the Hispanic from Chicago is being mentioned as the hold out is because yesterday it was reported she was rubbing her eye during Guy’s rebuttal. This is all bull.

Fox reported the Jury wanted to continue working during the dinner break, I don’t see how deputies can serve them while not walking in and out of the Jury room. Meals are delivered but hardly "served" to them. It isn't like the jurors are deep in discussions while anyone else is in the room.
