Wasn't the last time there was so much tension and so many jangled nerves on this forum when it was nip and tuck all night long on the Gore vote...and the media called it for Gore and then un-called it later....and many of us fell into bed in the wee hours and didn't know till we woke up that Bush had won????
Was that night or is this verdict-watch the most nerve-wracking...what's YOUR opinion?
Leni

It wasn't just only one night - it was two weeks worth of tense waiting!. FR threads were extensive with new ones every day or even several times a day as they got hundreds of comments. And remember the continuous instructions to posters on the old FR - Remember to lose your HTML TAGS!!!

The most nerve wracking for me was the last election. A lot more at stake.
