No I'm not. If the jury believes self defense then they couldn't find guilty for either one. I never said otherwise. But that's the point. Self defense is a defense to both charges because the elements of manslaughter are a subset of the elements of murder 2.

the atty I listened to yesterday said that’s how it was written and it was very unclear; you cannot convict on negligence
But do THEY know that self defense trumps manslaughter?
