If I was a juror and was given the judge's instructions concerning manslaughter, I too would be confused and I too would ask for further explanation. The instructions were as clear as mud. They deserve that one-line general question in response. They were saying: please explain voluntary manslaughter ("by Act", LOL) so that all of us can understand you.

The state must P.R.O.V.E that it was Martin yelling, beyond a reasonable doubt.
“No one saw George yelling!” doesn’t come anywhere near doing that.
Especially when ALL 100% of the reliable evidence is consistent with George yelling.
So, has Zimmerman been lynched or the riots started yet?
That was my thought as well. When I was on juries here in California the only one we spoke to outside of the jury people was the Bailiff. That would be the only one who could possibly know.

Nobody knows anything about what is happening in the deliberation room. Court officials are not even allowed in during deliberations.

The most nerve wracking for me was the last election. A lot more at stake.

LEGAL QUESTION - if the jury reaches an acquittal verdict on M2 that he is not guilty. But they are hung on the manslaughter...... can the prosecution retry the case with another M2 and MS charge? Or can they only recharge on the hung charge of MS?

He obviously has contacts inside the NSA. Either that, or he works for Google.
I’ve seen people say he has inside information. He said he had “insight” not “inside information.”
Since he’s been there every day watching the jury, I’m going to guess that his “insight” is based on his personal observations of the individual jurors rather than some leaked information. One can tell a lot by facial expressions and body language.
I seriously doubt he has anything other than personal insight to go on.
What a bunch of BS. NO ONE has “inside access” to the jury! Whoever “reported” this as serious news without corroboration is an idiot.
