Nobody knows anything about what is happening in the deliberation room. Court officials are not even allowed in during deliberations.
This is all speculation and nonsense.

If true, this would represent an incredible breach of the integrity of the jury process.
Could the judge, right now, go ask the jury where they stand ... and if the news reports are indeed accurate declare a mistrial?
