Backwards, dear FReeper. The state of FL has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Z is guilty. They have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that it was NOT self defense.

Z doesn’t have to prove anything. And most especially he doesn’t have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt as you put it, that he was yelling.

That type of defense proof doesn’t come into play at all.

Even the state must only prove beyond reasonable doubt, not a beyond a shadow of a doubt.

My wife was pregnant with our first child. We go by the doctors office because she is in labor. The nurse looks at me and asks a silimar question about being an engineer. I said how do you know that. She laughed and pointed to my documentation of the exact time between contractions from the past several hours including notes and straight columns.

I was watching that, but apparently not too closely, other than hearing the neighbor going after the Pretty Boy Fox “Expert” whom seems to want some GZ blood.

I find myself praying for GZ all night when I go to bed. Poor guy...just trying to be a solid citizen in his neighborhood.

He has certainly earned my respect. If I could, I would offer him employment...and will at the very least send him a small contribution for the future.
