Do we know the actual working of the request by the jury?

I don’t know. Shouldn’t take too long to decide if it was self defense or not. If you need more than 10 hours you probably aren’t going to think so.

This case is pretty simple.

If they think it was self defense he walks. If they don’t it’s manslaughter.

I knew a trial lawyer who regularly partied hard and worked at court while VERY hung over all the time, and on big cases--the kind most people would have heard about. He was brilliant and had a terrific record.

He also destroyed his liver and kidneys at a rather young age. (At least he had famous people at his funeral!)
