“Jury has a question”
I’m channeling the movie, ‘the Verdict’ with Paul Newman.
Jury: “Can we find the defendant not guilty on all charges and award him 1 million dollars for legal expenses, pain and suffering and for generally wasting the taxpayer’s money in a lame excuse of a case?
Also,....can we award punitive damages of 10 million dollars for putting the nation, the jury and George Zimmerman through Hell? We the jury would like to send a message to you; your honor, the State of Florida and it’s politicians that frivolous, criminal lawsuits based on orders from Washington are out of bounds?
Gee, if Zimmerman had been a cop, this would’ve been ruled justifiable homicide long, long, long ago. Peons need to understand their lives are worthless in the eyes of the state.
It likely means there is disagreement among the jurors and they are looking for clarification to help break the stalemate. That can be good or bad for the defense.
Fox news legal feels they have discounted self defense.
As I said yesterday, I have a sick feeling that the 6 all women jury (probably all or most Libs) won’t let George off with all the pressure from the Libs to convict.
I lost faith in America when they elected the muzzie for a second term.
It could go either way, it could be a juror who wants to acquit and the others want manslaughter and they are trying to convince her to hop on board the manslaughter train, OR it could mean that there is one juror who wants manslaughter and the others want to acquit and they are trying to convince her to acquit
is it for sure that murder 2 is off table because of this question? if so, would explain relieved looks/smiles on def side, yes?
I’m going to be optimistic. I think the jury has agreed there is no murder charge and they are now deliberating the manslaughter charge and one or two of the jurors are holding out because they feel sorry for Baby Trayvon. I think the jury wanted clarification on the second charge. I can’t believe 6 intelligent people could come to the conclusion that GZ was not justified in pulling the trigger.

That doesn’t make sense, if they are not buying into self defense why not just go with 2nd degree murder
manslaughter: an intentional act, not mere negligence!
THEY NEED TO GET OFF THE MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE!
Anyone with any smarts knew 2nd degree Murder was gone from the get go. They are looking at the nuances of manslaughter, I'm sticking with hung jury on the manslaughter charge.
