That Fox news legal was on with Hannity last night and wanted manslaughter badly. Mark Furhman said it is self defense and he should be acquitted.

There are several possibilities. Here are three:
- They have discounted self defense but don't see enough intent for M2.
. - They have discounted intent for M2 and are now looking at Manslaughter.
. - They know he is innocent by since a man died they feel that some punishment is due.
