The thing I find amazing about this show trial is that if this was a police brutality case everybody would be screaming about the abuse of this poor Hispanic kid. Now they are doing everything to claim he is white. Why are so many hating on the Hispanics?

He could get 30 years (killing of a minor with a firearm) if they come back with manslaughter, so there is no upside to a conviction on a “lesser” offense.
