Exactly. That's the problem with giving juries a cafeteria choice.
Aeons ago, as a juror looking at a cafeteria of charges, first argument I made in deliberations was to the effect that the cafeteria was BS. If he did the deed, he was guilty of the most serious charge. If he didn’t do the deed, he was not guilty of any of it.
