I didn’t see Surdyka’s testimony. Was she helpful to the prosecution or the defense? I assumed MOM was defending her three shot mistake but maybe he was actually casting doubt.

What he’s saying is that when people are questioned...an answer is expected. And there can be an echo in a gun shot. She guessed...she was wrong...but she knew “gunshot”

She was pretty much a washout for the state, IMO. Not credible. Too emotional. A wreck, in fact. I bet the jury discounted her completely.
