then they can agree to go with five or mistrial.

I am wondering if they will get to know the vote before they decide.

it’s a hung jury and the MOM files a motion for acquittal that might or might not be granted

That would result in a hung jury if it was just one or five jurors. Verdict has to be unanimous.
