His father’s girlfriend’s son was at home.

OK but there was some speculation in an earlier trial thread that the son had gone out or had fallen asleep. To that I would add maybe stepping into the bathroom.

7:00 PM and the little kid is waiting for his skittles.

And hell....Tray could probably break in in less than 2 minutes.

And he could have plopped down on the step and called his dad.

Here's the problem....he had the Tea with him....probably another potential weapon.
