Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday the prosecution provide closing arguments (Summary: http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/07/states-closing-argument-two-hours-of-raising-doubt).
Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

Prosecutor Guy remarkably red faced this morning. Looks like he was on a bender last night, with painful hangover this morning.
Local Fox reporting GZ looking well rested and even sneaking a smile.
I think they just said jury were in dresses and business suits..or maybe he was saying they were in the beginning..anyone catch what WTF TV just said.

Don’t stress out. It is what it is...and either way, I just don’t believe GZ will have to do time for daring to save his own life. That would set a bad precedent for everyone, cops included. That said, I hate to make predictions. But since this is more of a gut feeling and heart-felt “belief”....
She confirmed her seat assignment for the flight out of town.
Per Sill Schaeffer, the Casey Anthony jury came in wearing sweat pants during deliberation, reached a verdict one day and came back the next morning dressed up for the reading of the verdict. His gut is telling him today is the day we will have a verdict after watching many trials.

He does look very positive this morning. I have been praying so hard over this.
That's what I usually say (and probably will say later today if a "guilty" verdict is handed down)...but I am worried about GZ and have been praying all night for his acquittal.
Corrected to: Judge TOOL asks whether the prosecutors had any issue needing to be addressed or whether the defense team had any issues she could deny or overrule.
So was the bit about business suits and dresses comment about how they were dressed this morning???
If so, then yes the verdict will probably come today.
I pray that is the case but looking at the worried expression of his attorney, I didn't get impression.
WFTV switched back to regular programming for the time being and so I switched to Fox. Geraldo is predicting an acquittal. He is in front of the courthouse. He thinks we will get another clue or two this morning about the verdict. He feels they requested the evidence so they are not criticized for rushing the verdict. The key will be whether or not they request any more info.
Dang the judge is cheery this morning.

Hmm....no Martins, no protestors, GZ smiling, birds singing. Looks like it might turn out to be a good day.
The only thing that bothers me is the judge smiling. I just don’t trust her.
I guess only time will tell now.
