Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday the prosecution provide closing arguments (Summary: http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/07/states-closing-argument-two-hours-of-raising-doubt).
Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

the above is why my daughter think he is guilty.
and yes i responded with who has the burden of proof and a description of charges.
I’ve served on several Florida juries. Whenever we had a question of the judge, we would submit it in writing (through the bailiff) and the judge would send his written response to the jury room. It was not done in open court.

I often wonder if women are aware that they are very emotional and the decisions they come to are not based on the truth.

Manslaughter is a 30 year sentence..I doubt the jury knows that..they may think “Hey just convict him of something to please the race baiters” but convicting him of manslaughter is the same as 2nd degree murder, 30 years..he will die in prison probably on the 2nd day

ah ha! They want them to send in the puppet but are too ashamed to ask for it by name so they want to sue the exhibit number. That’s gotta be it.
I think it was a Florida TV station showing a growing crowd outside the court house...I I believe it was on WFTV....Also had some helicopter video of the gathering crowd in front of the court house. One shot showed several in the crowd clearly wanting this to escalate.
