They keep people tuned in. Then tomorrow it becomes even more likely. Tuesday its the tension is unbearable.
Yeah, they are already out there with hairtrigger tempers makin’ sure those jurors convict Zimmerman ...OR ELSE! Bet the jurors have even been told that.
Remember, the USA ain’t what it used to be.
Peers under our laws means “citizens”....
Because he has an all woman jury doesn't mean they are like you. There could be 5 hillary's in the group or even one. It's bad enough he has a 'hillary' as the judge.
Did you ask her why she thinks he’s guilty?
It is up to the judge - she has the ability to allow him to stay out on bond pending sentencing, but she wouldn't do that. If they file an appeal right away, they could get the appellate court to grant an appeal bond that would let him stay out until the appeal is heard.
Demonstrators outside of the Seminole County Courthouse carry signs as the jury goes into deliberations in the murder trial of George Zimmerman in Sanford, Fla.
Is there a difference between a mistrial and a hung jury?

I live in a mixed building, and noticed the same thing. This is why I think the riots will not be nearly as severe as people are saying. Sort of the AA version of Y2K.
Perhaps a reason for disagreement that wasn’t presented in court — .

And in the meantime, they keep their viewers glued to their site for the “impending news”.
My disdain for said “expert opinions” is rather glaring, isn’t it? lol
I think that’s part of it. No one is following the trial. All the low information types are hearing is the child dying at the hands of the racist armed man. Any other verdict will create anger. As I said, I might be a bit paranoid, or it might be the balance of Black/Hispanic in my area.
I can’t even imagine SIX jurors coming up with a guilty verdict of anything except swearing.
Hoping for the best but bracing myself for a kick in the stomach like I felt after hearing the OJ decision.
Obviously these are the privileged few who didn’t get Cecil’s memo.
Oh man go PM with that stuff!!!!
Thanks. So illegals aren’t allowed for jury duty - who would have thunk it./s
Shouldn’t be able to, no...but its disheartening that the Prosecution is able to say “use emotion, not facts” and get away with it.
I’m not saying that they would win but that they would find some public law firm who would do the briefs and file it and require him to respond. I believe that they would eventually lose but only after requiring Z to pay out the wazoo for more lawyers.
