they are suppose to be there at 10 unless something changed

Do you know what is going on this morning? First order of business is to argue jury instructions. Defense will contest addition of manslaughter, aggravated assault. This is key, because if anything is added, there is great danger of a "compromise verdict."

I think she told jury to be back in at 10:00 today (Thursday).
Yes, they are ironing a few things out this morning.

Matei sniffs a lot. It's pretty gross - maybe he doesn't even knowing he's doing it.
Sometimes it seems to happen most when he obviously thinks he has stated something that he thinks is pretty awesome.
