GZ said TM initially sat up.

Then Tray rolled/cascaded to the ground...and likely grabbed for the wound which puts his arms under him....of course

GZ said he was still talking. I doubt GZ can insert it in exactly the right place. But since GZ then straddled TM and tried to spread his arms, I'd say it was just before TM hit the ground. He couldn't do it because TM would be going into contraction. He asked for help from the guy who showed up.
