That was in regard to Trayvon's chest wound. The police were trying to do CPR, and they could hear a wheezing noise when they pressed on Trayvon's chest. So they asked for vaseline and a bag to use on the open wound to try and 'stop' the 'leak' of air.
They did not ask for bags for Trayvon's hands. They did not use plastic bags from the witnesses for his hands.
