Actually I don’t think it is incompetence. The whole thing got to where it is because the witch DA from Jax figured she would file the murder 2, then get him to plead to something less...case closed, feather in her cap. When GZ decided to go the route and managed to hire a great counsel, the DA went so far as to have his bail revoked as they figured he did not have the resources to fight this, got aggravated he did, and then trumped up a perjury charge over his bail filing for failing to list the money which was in a defense fund as an asset.

This whole bunch needs to be put in hell for what they have done to this man. Someone else said it before me, I have no power to do anything about this except to not vote for Scott and Bondi nor that DA if she runs again. If I were king, they would all be in some dark dungeon for the remainder of their days.

At what point in the trial did the defense learn about these text messages? I keep seeing how they were lied to but can’t find info on this thread to say how. (???)
