Rodney King maneuver is where the cops were found not guilty for using excessive force on King, thus rioting ensued. and King's famous, "Can't we all just get along?" plea for calming things down.

Enter President George Herbert Walker Bush who sics the Feds on the cops for violating King's civil rights and they wind up in jail.

Well that’s not right.. That doesn’t seem fair at all! They were not convicted and then they were tried by he Feds just to get convicted. Boy I need to learn some more about the law...
