If jury has to ignore his testimony, that really sheds a bad light on other witnesses too...since they all seemed respectable and sincere.
I don’t see how that would taint the other witnesses.
WFTV is saying Donnelly was in the courtroom the 25th and 26th and they played the tape with the hysterical woman but not the GZ screaming for help tape. Furthermore, WFTV is saying the defense would have to have an active role in bringing the witness into the courtroom when he should not be and P. Shaffer said he cannot imagine that.
