WFTV is saying Donnelly was in the courtroom the 25th and 26th and they played the tape with the hysterical woman but not the GZ screaming for help tape. Furthermore, WFTV is saying the defense would have to have an active role in bringing the witness into the courtroom when he should not be and P. Shaffer said he cannot imagine that.
Yeah, I agree...it definitely wouldn’t be worth it to do that.....Hopefully nothing comes of this then.
John Donnelly was the Vietnam combat vet that positively identified Zimmerman on the tape. The defense needs to get his testtimony thrown out because it will hard for any jury member to disregard it. It was the most powerful testimony of the trial. By the way why didn’t George’s father take the stand and identify his son’s voice? I’ve seen the tape of him. He positively identifies the voice as George’s.
