“OMG!Bernie makes the point that TM was present at the shooting and HE was not able to make a statement.””
I’m tired of him repeating that there was no blood on TM’s hands! It was raining, TM was lying prone, and the blood washed off in the wet grass? Geez...hope the jury has some common sense.
Besides, with the bumbling ME, TM could have had blood on his hands, and Bao would not have reported it. He has no memory.

I don’t understand how the Judge allows witnesses to testify via Skype. I was once subpoenaed by the State of New Jersey to testify in a case and I lived in CA. I was not given an option to not be there or testify by phone....
To: advertising guy
Right. Apparently, the electronics are not permitting the out of towner’s testimony.

Going much better than when the brain-dead prosecutors used Skype.
