This all seems so bad for the defense to me. The judge seems to be bending backwards to keep this from the jury. What a travesty. “It’s simply unfair...” That is what I think too.
Judge Nastycakes is leaning toward excluding all the photos and texts because every text doesn’t say, “HI THIS IS TRAYVON, I got in da fight and busted dat nose”.
