Judge: any 4 year old can pick up a phone, break the code and get into it.
West: the FDLE had his phone for a year and they couldn’t do it.
This all seems so bad for the defense to me. The judge seems to be bending backwards to keep this from the jury. What a travesty. “It’s simply unfair...” That is what I think too.
