So the defense is trying to not only get GZ acquitted but bury the lying liars of this debacle.

Yes, phone was part of personal effects. Thus far, there is no indication that anyone deleted data after TM died. It doesn’t appear that defense is going that route with the witness.

Most towns only have a couple criminal defense attorneys. These guys were well known before this.
One of our few criminal defense attorneys went to jail...What a joke......IIRC, huge conspiracy about a hit.
One of my attorney buds said he hated defending these scumbags...but that was his job. They volunteer for the "poor" and get stuck with crap cases.
