Thought his main purpose was to animate the time line
How much of this trial has followed 'common procedure' ?
>> I cant help the urge to kick this lawyers ass but good
If I won a raffle, and first prize was the privilege of choosing ANY member of the prostitution team to slap the stuffing out of... I’m thinking I would pick this little dweeb with the PermaWrinkled forehead. Over Bernie, over Corey, over the bovine judge...
If the animation was made and a witnnes changed testimoney due to any reason as maybe witness fear of perjury that portion of the animation may change the entire animation!
His animation has to be based on testimony not a meeting with Attorneys or proported evidence. With out testimony or true evidence it’s all fiction! Why show the jury fiction!
The defense should withdraw!
Wonder what O'Mara and West make/hour.
Actually, I pretty much don't want to know!
*snort*
Seems that the School Principal would be a credible 'character witness'. Which is why the Prosecution didn't want him anywhere near the trial.
now he is going for impeaching the witness
Um, no... Can’t be our witnesses would never testify
Yes. But, it’s using Good and Lauer calls plus GZ reenactment and testimony to try and create a merged time line.
Exact times are not on record as to when Good saw what he saw.
Every one of his questions is done in an accusatory or gotcha tone. He is very unprofessional and confrontational. He thinks that is an attribute, it isn’t.
I guess I watch too much NCIS.
Light male voice is consistent with tenor sing voice which is a very good description of his speaking voice Relate his barrel chest with the three tenors
I have had enough..I will come back here to find out the result after this is done..probably wont be allowed in
I couldn't hear the jury very well. Sounded like 'go'.
I do know exactly what the Judge said.
She said, "The jury wants to go..."(looks at BDLR) then says,"stay... for the next witness."
Even if they didn't say GO, she did.
Well, if they bring a principal or teacher in as character witness they are going to have to admit he was on school suspension.
Just like they couldn't twist the angle of the shirt and bullet entry, they can't twist this.
I’m done for the day too.
This witness should have been prepared for this type of challenge.
He wasn’t.
I’m going to peace out also! Night everyone.
>> looks at BDLR
I thought she looked over at the jury, while they were answering.
I remember it seemed comical at the time, but I really believe that she went with their wishes, namely, to proceed with the trial.
