The blond on Fox just said the 777 was coming in at 1400 ft per second when the crash occured, 950+ miles per hour. It’s a freaking wonder anyone survived. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrgh! who writes this stuff for them to read?
According to the local news stations the plane touched down too early, with the underside of the tail section catching the seawall edge where the runway begins. Reportedly only 2 dead, hopefully that number doesn’t grow.
All but one accounted for. Only two known dead.
