I thought all evidence to be placed in a trial had to be provided for both Prosecution and Defense before trial.
As well as witness list.
Why would the defense not have a full report of the ME before testimony?
These are not ME reports they are looking at. This ME made notes as to how questions might be asked and then he developed his answers. He said he spent hours doing this. So he put himself in the jury box, asked himself questions, then answered them. LOL!
