Could be wrong, but I think the body language expert would be evaluating the witnesses body language when they were claiming it was TM who was screaming, and saying that the witnesses believed what they were testifying to and not deliberately lying.

Telling from a JURY’S body language that they believed the witnesses???

I don’t think so.

They can be just as biased as any commentator. The Duke Rape Hoax offers at least one example of course.

Yes that makes sense.

I can tell you, brother was mostly honest.

When he testified about thinking it was TM voice now, he was lying.

It was more than obvious...should have been to the expert.

But he was very uncomfortable about the lying... and my guess is he normally tries to be an honest person. He has not convinced himself enough that it was TM’s voice to be able to be able to believe what he was saying....and come across as believing his own lies. He knew he was lying and his body language betrayed him.
