There is also the “CSI Effect”. Jurries now look for hard evidence and have a rudimentary knowledge of the need for corroborating evidence.
listen, remember this...
as long as the jury knows there is a toxicology report..and sees the judge keep saying..remember what I ruled..they are going to wonder what the heck was in his blood
maybe they will think it was crank, crack, cocaine whatever...
a case where what they think is worse than what it is
