Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

yes, agreed!
He uses the word “perjury” after telling the notes are not his ... This will bed comically...
He’s going name rank and serial number on the defense...
I’ve got to honest, I wish Zimmerman would have shot this guy instead.
a real 'judge' would direct the witness to simply answer the questions asked
.
The direct testimony from this Dr is the most damaging toward Z since the trial opened. He has to be knocked out.
.
Witness leading the DEFENSE now, your honor. I object.
It’s going to be like pulling teeth with this guy...
You could ask him his name at this point, and he’d argue about it.
So the state drew on a jury pool and a dork pool.
He also is apparently vastly amused by the whole thing, suddenly (now that the Defense is questioning him). Is he not taking the simulation seriously (Star Trek)?
They’ve already incarcerated Zimmerman for more than one day, but intentional homicides usually do result in some period of incarceration. That’s why I try very hard to avoid becoming involved in intentional homicides.
I have no idea why I’m following this trial because, it’s maddening. It’s too hot outside right now to do anything, I did all my running early so compelled to this case but I know it’s raising my blood pressure.
Or a cut of any civil litigation award after the family attorneys get their hefty chunk o' $$$$$$.

Shot or “homicided”?
West is causing this guy to spin like a top.
Ok, wait a minute... GZ obviously had no intention of killing TM because as soon as the shot fired he pushed him off and got up and asked the neighbor to help restrain him. If there was premeditation to kill, he would have shot more than once.
Plus, remember, he was surprised that TM was dead the next day.
Oh for crying out loud - all he knows is that he was shot and is dead!
He’s claming up like a downed enemy pilot....
