Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Actually, the Bible has some very harsh things to say about judges abusing their authority.
This prosecution really has acted slimy. A man is on trial for his life and these shannanigans, disgraceful.
I do believe you are right there.
Wonder if they will allow him to be bailed while waiting appeal? (if convicted) or are they going to risk his life getting “shanked for Trayvon” in prison?
I hear ya.
I guess the threats delivered by media are working. We now decide guilt or innocence by social media, race baiters, talk show hosts, and threats to riot/murder. Media ought to be real proud of themselves. (/s the last sentence)
Yes, it certainly is.
Take rots of notes!
I know. And if there has ever been a clear case of that, this would be it.
Easy there Ma'am. I don't want you to start coughing, you could hurt yourself.
(of course now I'm laughing because you're laughing)
You should have seen the HLN idiots doing their version and simulation of how things went down a the “T”. It was both hilarious and sickening at the same time.
True, that is exactly what happened in the Rodney King case. Cops found not guilty led to a new fed trial of violating his civil rights, which is still double jeopardy but they(the feds)were allowed to get away with it. Surpeme court should have overturned it but never did.
I have no idea where the link was.......someone posted it and I followed a link. Wasn’t all that noteworthy at the time. Since the testimony there are so many articles coming up about the trial I am not spotting anything like what I saw.
-—>Are you serious? Have you seen the black broad or the one with the glasses in the morning?
Yes. I don’t know who the the “black broad” is, but the morning glasses is Ashleigh Banfield and she is a little dopey with her hammy act.
But I’m referring more to the ‘legal expert’ panels they haul in to comment. CNN panelists have been VERY common sense, a few exceptions aside.
Ugh
The step mother is Alicia Stanley. I think the girlfriend/fiancee that TM was visiting is Brandy Green.
Thank you! I may get it all straight yet. I DO think it’s important, if not to the instant case, to understand the way adults abandon relationships, including their kids, on the way to seeking their own pleasures. And then wonder how the kid ends up at loose ends, or worse, dead.
Sigh....
Bedtime BFL. (and I’m not even half-way done)

You forgot to add that yes, it was raining, too. What kind of person straps on a gun to go out in the rain to hunt down someone?
Answer: Not Zimmerman.
