Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Go Defense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MOM indicating that he’s going to be looking into TM background
The little guy? That’s Krauthammer’s mini me.
>> hes going to be looking into TM background
Good.
I hope he’s also able to bring in the toxicology. Zimmerman SAID he was high and it’s a travesty of justice that they can imply he was (in general) a liar, and yet exclude evidence that he was totally telling the truth.
What is that designation Cheif? CSM
He said Sgt Major not Cheif!!
Command Sgt. Major even less so!
That is not an Army rank!
A Sergeant Major is a staff position. A Command Sergeant Major is a mentor/leader position. A very, very highly respected position, at that.
>> Im surprised the jury didnt ask for a directed verdict.
I think the defense counsel has to kick that off (which they did, of course). Or the judge could do it themselves without the defense asking, I suppose.
But the jury can’t.
Yes, it is.
A pit bull isn't always snarling.
Is there DNA testing to prove that they are family members? I really do not think they know who the fathers are; and there is a doubt about marriage being thrown around. I think MOM need to put GZ's father on the stand and show that he came from an unbroken family. Not that is evidence, but to fight a greater culture war. It does have the power to influence, just like a Sgt. Major for an uncle and mentor. If the defense can attack Tracy, pull in anything about his previous gang membership with the "Crips" it is a double edged sword.
Still at the end of the day, there is the evidence, which I do not think shows that GZ is guilty, but the persecution doesn't limit itself to evidence. Their case is based on everything but. Fight fire with fire; meaning the persecution needs to have the character of their witnesses destroyed.
He was in the South Pacific until I was almost 4, came home and started teaching me to straighten up and walk right right off the bat. I've been staying in step automatically ever since.
I guess that’s why he killed his wife in “Rear Window”. Before Godzilla and Perry Mason, Burr generally played villians.
I swear, I’ve been wondering if she’s been playing on her phone b/c she looks clueless most of the time...
COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR (CSM) CSMs are the senior enlisted advisors to the commanding officer. They carry out policies and standards, and advise the commander on the performance, training, appearance, and conduct of enlisted soldiers. The CSM's counsel is expected to be calm, settled and unequivocally accurate, but with an energy and enthusiasm that never wanes, even in the worst of times. A CSM is assignable to any level Battalion or higher.
The highest ranking enlisted man in the US Army is Command Sargent Major of the Army.
Like I told him: CSM is a mentor/leader, and one of the most (if not the most) highly respected ranks in the Army.
Just curious, what rank is a “gunny” sergeant?
