The murder case against George Zimmerman is rapidly unraveling, due in large part to the compelling testimony of key witnesses. Ordinarily, there is nothing unusual about compelling testimony changing the course of a trial, but in this case it is witnesses presented by the prosecution that are bolstering the case for the defendant. Thus, with each passing day it is becoming more apparent that the real reason for bringing this case to trial was to assuage the media-driven concerns of the racial grievance industry, led by chief arsonists Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson. Shamefully aiding and abetting them is the racially polarized Justice Department led by Attorney General Eric Holder.
We begin with the witnesses. Billed as the state’s “star witness,” 19-year-old Rachel Jeantel, the last person to talk to Trayvon Martin before his death, proved to be a major embarrassment. If there is a racial element to this case, other than the prosecution’s unsubstantiated accusation that Zimmerman “profiled” Martin, Jeantel introduced it during her testimony. She revealed that Trayvon Martin had referred to Zimmerman as a “creepy-ass cracker,” even as she subsequently denied it was a racial term. Another compelling part of her testimony was in regard to a letter she had supposedly written to Martin’s mother describing the chain of events that led to Trayvon’s death. During questioning by defense attorney Don West, Jeantel was forced to admit that, despite signing it, she was incapable of reading the cursive script in which it was written.
West further grilled Jeantel about her inconsistent statements to police, and the discrepancies in her testimony. Jeantel blamed them on questions posed by law enforcement officials, and the lengths of the interviews. As to the omission of details, she claimed she was trying to spare the Martin family....

I agree with your point of view of the media. But the feds wanted this also. Remember, there was no prosecution of Zimmerman until Obama and Holder got involved. The DA didn’t think there was a case until Obama got on TV and said that Trayvon could have looked like his son.
So now the Prosecution is doing what it can, but it still looks like there is no case.
I’m not finding confirmation Foxx said that, although he did wear a St. Skittles t-shirt to a BET award presentation.

if Zimmerman walked into my emergency room with contusions and lacerations on the back of his head and a broken nose, and I saw wet grass and grass stains suggesting a struggle on the back of his shirt/coat, I’d believe his story.
This was a set up for Obama to get the black vote last election, and the one sided MSM cheering section is going to be sued after it’s done.
As for race riots: well, so what else is new?
My question is how the Spanish language press is covering this. There is a lot of antagonism in the various Spanish speaking communities against blacks: Especially among the Colombian and Cuban communities, who see them as getting away with stuff because of their race. Yes, I know Zimmerman’s mom is from Ecuador, but that is next to Colombia...
Another question is how the black press is following this.
The dirty little secret is that criminals make blacks fearful of just walking down the street (”walking while black”). They get hostile glances, even when they are neatly dressed and minding their own business.
That is why the case was believed by many in the black community. However, black on black crime is another problem, and they know about that too...
Ebony had an issue awhile back about black on black crime, and what to do about it. Didn’t get much coverage in the MSM either....

GZ did not use one, thats right, not one racial slur when he was on the phone with non-emergency. Media put racial into this whole tragic event.
Media continually shows pix of TM as an innocent 14 year old. This needs to stop, they are only adding fuel to fire.
My heart goes out to TM’s parents. I hope I will never have to endure what they are going through. But we need to look at the whole story.
We have to look at all of the evidence. From what I have seen so far, GZ was not profiling or provoking TM. Why punish an innocent man for defending himself? If TM would have been white, hispanic or asian we would not have any knowledge about this case.
If there are riots being planned, then those people are just pure ignorant. What will the riots do? Nothing, except cause more tragic events.
I ask all to look at all of the evidence and make your decision based on the evidence not on the race of these people involved.
Yes, I know TM may only have one witness which is RJ. But was she infected by all the media attention? She didn’t come forward for several weeks? And she didn’t try to contact anyone when she says that TM was in danger.

MNDUDE there will be riots. Two reasons. We well know to never let a good crisis go to waste and as Booker T. Washington said over a hundred years ago:
“There is another class of coloured people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs — partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs.”
MNDUDE, you forgot the most important part, if they riot, someone will get paid. We have had a a hundred years to learn and we choose not to. It is all about the money. Oh yeah, it is fun also. It is what they have been training for.
If he’s acquitted, I hope I’m not doing work in Pontiac at that moment - even if I am carrying.
