Of course not. I'm talking about the BRIGHT RED TRIGGER LOCK that the police had installed on the gun to make it SAFE for COURT.
The one that extends through the BARREL so no cartridge can be even loaded into the chamber. Did you not see them have it removed ?
Who REQUIRED that be done ?
Who had it removed, and Who agreed to allow it, revoking all ideas of 'safety' for the people in the courtroom ?
Anyone know...Was Tray right handed or left handed?
Yep.
No doubt, had Zimmerman been shot and killed, Martin would have stolen the gun and fled (certainly not standing around waiting for police as Zimmerman did).
There is no telling what a criminal such as Martin would use that notched gun for later that evening or any other subsequent day.
LOLOL!!!!!!
Agreed.
It was either Zimmerman act decisively, or face the business end of his own gun in the hands of a man, not a boy, clearly out to do him harm.
What struck me odd is that Chad went to bed when Treyvon didn’t come home. As if that has happened a few times before.
I saw photos with the “lock,” but only now upon your mentioning it, did I notice it was removed for this testimony. Why would they do that? Is that SOP? I can’t believe it is.
Another part of Catch 22 often ignored but just as ominous is “they have a right to do anything we can’t stop them from doing.”
Most every thing in this trial seems upside down.
just popping in for a second — video of the already legendary Skype disaster is on youtube:
http://www.thesmokinggun.com/buster/skype/zimmerman-trial-skype-bombing-756390
it starts turning into Mickey Mouse and the brooms at about 2:40.
Must have been ambidextrous, because he was using both fists to pound Zimmerman's head into the sidewalk.
That is the testimony, is it not ?
I think your actual question refers to which hand did he try to grab the gun with. Which side did Zimmerman carry it on ? He's left handed you know.
I don’t know. Never underestimate the potential for leftists like the state prosecutors to be just as stupid and unethical as they possibly can...without any ulterior motive at all. lol
“It appears the Prosecutor is not calling the actual ME who saw the body, so can the Defense call him/her and can they ask about the Toxicology report? If so and they state he had marijuana in his body, can they then bring up his past?”
Would like to know this, too.
Note to self: Ask someone how to quote from a post...where it comes up in italics...because you have forgotten!
Well, he would have had to shoot JOHN GOOD, first off. He was out there and would have been a witness to an actual MURDER.
The trigger lock is probably an evidence requirement. It was probably removed in the courtroom by an officer of the court. Also the prosecution gets another visual to the jury there is no built in trigger lock for the gun.
Appeal to the emotion of 'fear' by pointing Zimmerman's gun at the all FEMALE JURY so they make the association of ... scary gun... pointed at me... no safety...Zimmerman's gun.... Zimmerman scary.
It's all rather obvious. And was planned. And the Judge allowed what normally would not be allowed in a courtroom because.... well, I would just be repeating what we all know.
Please forgive me if asked and answered, I’m late going through posts, who the heck is the SKYPE MAN?
Can you imagine Zimmerman having to take the time to put a round in the chamber WHILE TM was on top of him trying to smother and beat him senseless? It wouldn’t have worked. If he had not had one in the chamber already and the safety off, he would probably be dead today. Which is what the idiots on the left would have much preferred.
I don’t know. From what I understood, he wasn’t there to see the moment the shot was fired, and even if he was, Martin was sporting the common criminal garb known as “the hoodie” which does help hide one’s features, especially when it’s dark.
